This new and improved YJD model features an innovative screw-in gland, which seamlessly replaces the traditional collar style gland, resulting in a streamlined cylinder profile that enhances operational efficiency. Offering exceptional durability, the YJD model is tailored for agricultural implements, compact construction machinery, transportation equipment, and waste/recycling applications. To facilitate a broader swing radius and unmatched flexibility, the base end clevis is extended by 2 inches. Furthermore, the integration of SAE O-ring ports ensures effortless hookup, making it a versatile and indispensable choice for diverse industrial needs.

Piston and gland are crafted from ductile iron, ensuring durability, while the precision honed steel tube augments the structural integrity. The rod is fortified with hard chrome plating for enhanced resilience. End mounts are equipped with ductile iron female clevises, complete with pins and clips for secure attachment. Tube seals utilize durable Buna O-rings, and the rod seal features an advanced deep polypak with a B lip design to prevent leakage. A snap-in urethane rod wiper and Hallite 755 piston seal offer prolonged wear resistance, complemented by a wear ring for additional protection. Manufactured according to stringent U.S. specifications, custom colors are available to meet specific customer preferences, with each unit individually poly-bagged for pristine packaging.
