The innovative YJD model features an advanced screw-in gland, ingeniously replacing the traditional collar style gland, thereby significantly reducing the cylinder's profile. Its formidable design ensures added robustness and enhanced performance for agricultural implements, compact construction machinery, and transportation equipment, as well as in waste and recycling applications. Notably, its base end clevis extends an impressive 2 inches, delivering a greater swing radius and unmatched flexibility. For seamless setup, these cylinders are equipped with SAE O-ring ports for effortless hookups.
Key Features
Intended for double-acting applications, this cylinder boasts a meticulously forged ductile iron piston and gland, ensuring supreme durability. The precision-honed steel tube and hard chrome-plated rod attest to its superior craftsmanship. End mounts are constructed from ductile iron female clevises, complete with pins and clips for secure attachment. The tube features a resilient Buna O-ring seal, while the rod is safeguarded by a deep polypak with a B lip design, complemented by a urethane snap-in rod wiper for optimal protection. The piston seal, Hallite 755, is designed for exceptional wear resistance and includes a wear ring to extend longevity. All seals are crafted to meet stringent US specifications, with custom color options available. Each unit is thoughtfully packaged individually in a poly bag for added convenience.
