Engineered for excellence in double-acting applications, this cylinder boasts a formidable combination of ductile iron piston and gland, precision-honed steel tube, and a hard chrome-plated rod. The end mounts are crafted from ductile iron, featuring female clevises complete with pins and clips for seamless integration. Tube seals are made with durable Buna O-ring, while the rod seal employs a deep polypak with a B lip design for enhanced performance. The rod wiper is a snap-in urethane model, while the piston seal is the renowned Hallite 755, designed for extended wear resistance, complemented by a wear ring for added endurance. All seals are meticulously manufactured to US specifications, with custom color options available upon request. Each cylinder is thoughtfully packaged, individually poly bagged to ensure pristine product delivery.
