The YJD 3000 PSI is a premium welded cylinder, crafted with a robust forged steel base designed for unparalleled durability. This state-of-the-art YJD model features a screw-in gland, ingeniously replacing the collar-style gland to streamline the cylinder profile. The YJD model notably enhances the strength and versatility needed for agricultural machinery, compact construction, transportation equipment, and waste/recycling applications. The base end clevis is ingeniously extended by 2 inches, ensuring a greater swing radius and maximum operational flexibility. But that's not all! The cylinders are outfitted with SAE O-ring ports, facilitating an effortless and seamless hookup process.
Key Features
Intended for versatile double-acting applications, this hydraulic marvel boasts a ductile iron piston and gland. The tube is made from precision-honed steel, and the rod is expertly hard chrome plated for enhanced resilience. End mounts feature ductile iron female clevises, complete with convenient pins and clips. Tube seals are crafted from durable Buna O-rings, while the rod seal incorporates a deep polypak with a B lip design. A snap-in urethane rod wiper provides exceptional protection. The piston seal is a Hallite 755, known for its prolonged wear resistance, coupled with a wear ring for added durability. All seals meet US specifications, and custom colors are available to suit your needs. Each product is individually poly-bagged for secure packaging.
