For enhanced operational flexibility, the base end clevis extends a generous 2 inches, ensuring a greater swing radius. Intended for dynamic double-acting applications, this cylinder features a piston crafted from robust ductile iron, paired with a durable ductile iron gland. The tube is precision-honed steel, while the rod boasts a hard chrome plating for exceptional durability. It comes equipped with ductile iron female clevises, complete with pins and clips, offering dependable end mounts. The sealing system is sophisticated, with a Buna O-ring for tube seals, a deep polypak rod seal with a B lip design, and a urethane, snap-in rod wiper. The piston seal is the advanced Hallite 755, known for its prolonged wear resistance, complemented by a wear ring for added protection. All seals adhere strictly to US specifications, ensuring top-notch quality. For a personal touch, custom colors are available, and each unit is carefully packaged in an individual poly bag for optimal protection.
